2025 Rose VQA

Our first Rose since 2021 won gold at the Ontario Wine Awards and bronze from the National Wine Awards, earning 88 Points from Wine Align. This vintage was made from Wismer-Foxcroft Cab Franc to offset the low estate Pinot Gris yield, now sold out. Harvested October 29 at 23.6 brix, this wine was pressed and fermented in one neutral French oak barrel and stainless steel tank.
