2019 Cabernet Sauvignon VQA

1.5 tonnes were picked from Mason Vineyard at 21.7 brix in November. After ferment, this wine was aged 21 months in French and American oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered.

This wine was made in the same style as the 2018 vintage, which sold out last winter. There are only 1,400 bottles available. Free delivery is available with a minimum purchase of $100 locally or $200 anywhere in Canada
