Over 2 tonnes were picked from Chateau Des Charmes at 24 brix in October. After spontaneous ferment, this wine was aged 12 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfiltered.
This wine is big with almost 14% alcohol.. There are only 1,800 bottles available. Free delivery is available with a minimum purchase of $100 locally or $200 anywhere in Canada.

This Niagara Pinot exudes charming woodsy, tree bark, roses, and ripe cherry aromas. A soft, juicy mouthfeel of sour and ripe cherries, with earthy, tobacco, and leather layers adding depth. A satisfying, savoury finish. Score-90, Leah Spooner
