2021 County Chardonnay VQA

This recently released estate vintage was handpicked at 20.3 brix mid-October. After whole cluster press, this wine was fermented spontaneously and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before cold stabilizing and bottling last March

This light, chablis-like wine won a bronze medal from Wine Align and is currently being poured at Sand & Pearl in PEC and at the CN Tower Restaurant 360
