Our newest release is our Estate Pinot Noir. We hand picked a record 7.9 tonnes early October, at 19.7 brix. After spontaneous ferment, this wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months

Really promising vintage all around, first because of classic County numbers and finishing at 11.2 percent alcohol. Feels so very traditional in the very Burgundian sense of the ideal. I mean how else to describe Prince Edward County pinot noir than by this arch pinpointed example. Red fruit of an intensity and Tom Yum sour edginess that seeks and effortlessly finds balance because acids are sweet and magical conversions are effected with this stylish and precise pinot noir that is simply, unequivocally and truthfully PEC.
