2023 County Pinot Noir VQA

Our latest release was from our ripest fruit in 14 years of growing, until 2024 beat that record. Hand picked October 5 at 22.1° Brix, resulting in 12.5% alcohol. This vintage was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, before bottling early May. This wine has a lovely nose, showing dark berries, cherry and earthy notes like mushrooms. This vintage will age well over the next 5+ years
